Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last Updated: September 7, 2026
This Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms that apply to paid subscriptions to Naralytics ("Naralytics," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Free Trial
Naralytics may offer eligible users a free trial of the Service.
The Naralytics free trial lasts for 30 days or 5 sessions, whichever occurs first.
The specific terms of your trial, including the subscription plan and price that will apply after the trial, will be displayed to you before you complete your subscription.
Unless otherwise stated during signup, your subscription will automatically convert to the applicable paid subscription at the end of the free trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Naralytics offers two subscription plans, each available monthly or annually:
- Standard — $19.99 per month, or $149 per year
- Access — $6.99 per month, or $59 per year
The price and billing frequency applicable to you will be clearly displayed before you subscribe.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable subscription interval unless cancelled or paused before the next renewal date.
The Access plan
Access is a reduced-rate plan offered because we don't want price to be the reason someone can't use Naralytics. Eligibility is self-attested: we do not require proof of eligibility, and we will not ask you for any. This is a deliberate values decision, not a gap in enforcement — please choose the plan that reflects your actual circumstances.
Pay-it-forward
At signup for a Standard subscription, you may optionally add a small pay-it-forward contribution. This contribution helps fund Access-plan subscriptions for other users. It is entirely optional and does not change your own plan, price, or features.
3. Billing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
Your subscription price will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Pausing Your Subscription
In addition to cancelling, you may pause your subscription through your account settings. Pausing stops billing for the paused period without cancelling your subscription outright or deleting your account or content. Your access to paid features is suspended while your subscription is paused, and resumes when you unpause or when the paused period ends, depending on how pausing is configured at the time. Refer to your account settings for the specific terms available to you when you choose to pause.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation method made available through your Naralytics account.
Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account, your saved conversations, or your history. You retain read-only access to your existing history after cancellation; you will not have access to paid features (such as mirror, strategy, and pattern functionality) until you resubscribe. If you want your data deleted rather than retained, you need to separately request account or data deletion — see our Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Policy, cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already charged.
6. Refunds
Because Naralytics is a digital service that provides immediate access to AI-powered functionality, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we determine, in our discretion, that a refund is appropriate.
If you believe you were charged in error, were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription, or experienced a material technical problem that prevented you from reasonably using the Service, please contact us at gyou-re.lee@naralytics.com.
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
7. Free Trial Cancellation
If you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription after your free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends.
If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged for the subsequent paid subscription, unless otherwise disclosed when you signed up.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we or our payment processor may attempt to process the payment again using your payment method.
We may suspend or restrict access to paid features if payment remains unsuccessful.
9. Changes to Subscription Prices
We may change subscription prices from time to time.
If we change the price of your recurring subscription, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.
10. Taxes
Applicable taxes may be added to subscription charges where required by law.
