Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: September 7, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Naralytics.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Naralytics website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Naralytics (“Naralytics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
“Account” means an account created by you to access and use the Service.
“AI Services” means the artificial intelligence technologies and models used by Naralytics to process user-provided information and generate responses, including services provided by third-party providers such as Anthropic.
“Content” means information, text, messages, prompts, questions, descriptions, and other material submitted to the Service by you.
“Subscription” means a paid recurring subscription to the Service.
“Service” means the Naralytics website, application, features, functionality, and related services.
“Terms” means these Terms and Conditions, together with any policies expressly incorporated into them.
“You” or “User” means the individual accessing or using the Service.
“Website” means the Naralytics website, currently accessible at www.naralytics.com.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an Account or otherwise accessing or using Naralytics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not use the Service.
You represent that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
3. Eligibility
Naralytics is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are under 18, you may not create an Account, access the Service, or provide information to Naralytics.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an Account if we reasonably believe that the user does not meet the minimum age requirement.
4. Description of the Service
Naralytics is an AI-powered service designed to provide users with a second, honest perspective on interpersonal situations.
You may describe a situation involving another person, such as a partner, parent, coworker, friend, family member, or other person in your life.
Naralytics uses the information you provide to generate an AI-assisted perspective that may help you consider:
- What the other person might be experiencing;
- Alternative explanations for their behavior;
- Where your own interpretation may be running ahead of the available evidence;
- Potential misunderstandings or assumptions;
- Different ways of viewing the situation; and
- Possible next steps.
Naralytics is designed to provide perspective and reflection. It is not a mind-reading service and does not determine what another person actually thinks, feels, intends, or believes.
5. AI-Generated Content and Limitations
Naralytics uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI services such as Anthropic, to generate responses.
AI-generated responses are inherently probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, outdated, or based on incorrect assumptions.
Naralytics only has access to the information and context available to it through your interaction with the Service.
Naralytics cannot independently verify the facts, circumstances, motivations, intentions, or feelings of the people involved.
Accordingly, statements or interpretations generated by Naralytics should be understood as possibilities, perspectives, or hypotheses rather than established facts.
For example, when Naralytics suggests that another person “may be feeling” a particular way, that does not mean Naralytics knows that person actually feels that way.
You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated responses and deciding whether or how to act on them.
6. Not Professional Advice
Naralytics is not a substitute for professional advice.
The Service does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Naralytics does not diagnose mental-health conditions, determine whether a person has a particular disorder, or provide a professional assessment of you or another person.
If you need professional advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as creating a professional-client relationship between you and Naralytics.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Naralytics does not guarantee that using the Service will:
- Improve a relationship;
- Resolve a conflict;
- Change another person's behavior;
- Prevent a disagreement;
- Produce a particular emotional or interpersonal outcome; or
- Lead to any particular result.
Relationships and interpersonal situations are complex, and outcomes depend on circumstances and actions outside of Naralytics's control.
8. Emergencies and Immediate Safety
Naralytics is not an emergency service.
Do not rely on Naralytics for emergency assistance, crisis intervention, immediate safety decisions, or urgent medical or mental-health situations.
If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or a qualified crisis or emergency resource in your location.
9. Your Account
You may need to create an Account to use certain features of the Service.
You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably current when creating your Account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your Account.
You must notify us if you believe that your Account has been accessed or used without authorization.
You may not:
- Use another person's Account without authorization;
- Create an Account using false or misleading information;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another Account;
- Circumvent security or access controls;
- Sell, transfer, or improperly share your Account; or
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law.
10. User Content
You retain whatever rights you may have in Content that you submit to Naralytics.
By submitting Content to the Service, you grant Naralytics the limited rights necessary to process, transmit, store, display, and otherwise use that Content to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and your selected conversation-storage settings.
This permission does not give Naralytics ownership of your Content.
Feedback you give us about the Service — bug reports, feature requests, suggestions — may be used by us to understand, maintain, and improve the Service. This does not include any right to use feedback to train or fine-tune an AI model. If feedback you send us includes Content — a description of a situation, relationship, or person, or anything else covered by our Privacy Policy — that Content remains governed by the Privacy Policy and this Section's Content provisions regardless of the form you sent it in, and is deleted along with your other Content under the same terms. This does not give Naralytics ownership of your feedback.
You are responsible for the Content you submit.
You represent that you have the right to submit the Content and that your use of the Service does not unlawfully violate another person's rights.
11. Sensitive and Confidential Information
Naralytics may be used to discuss personal or sensitive interpersonal situations.
However, you should exercise caution when providing information about yourself or other people.
Do not provide information that you do not have a legitimate reason to share with the Service.
You should avoid unnecessarily submitting highly sensitive information, passwords, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, or other information that is not necessary for your use of Naralytics.
You acknowledge that information submitted to Naralytics may be processed by third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service, including AI, cloud, database, and payment providers.
Additional information about how we handle information is provided in our Privacy Policy.
12. Conversation Storage
Naralytics provides a setting that allows you to control whether conversations are saved to your account history.
When conversation storage is turned on, conversations may be saved so that you can access them again through your Account.
When conversation storage is turned off, Naralytics does not intentionally save the conversation as part of your account history.
Turning conversation storage off does not necessarily mean that information is never temporarily processed, logged, backed up, or retained by technical systems or third-party service providers.
Information may be retained where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, or legally protect the Service.
You should not assume that turning conversation storage off means that no technical record of a request can exist.
13. Account and Information Deletion
You may delete your Account and associated information directly through the deletion functionality provided within Naralytics.
When you request deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete information associated with your Account, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain under applicable law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other lawful purposes.
Deletion may not immediately remove information from every technical system, including backups or security logs.
If you are unable to use the deletion functionality or need assistance with deletion, you may contact us at:
Additional information about deletion and privacy rights is provided in our Privacy Policy.
14. Free Trial
Naralytics may offer eligible users a free trial.
The current free trial is limited to:
30 days OR 5 sessions, whichever occurs first.
Eligibility for a free trial may be determined by Naralytics at its discretion.
The availability, duration, or terms of a free trial may change in the future, subject to applicable law and any disclosures presented to you when you sign up.
If your free trial converts to a paid Subscription, the applicable price and billing frequency will be disclosed to you before or during enrollment.
15. Subscriptions and Pricing
Naralytics offers paid subscription plans.
Current subscription options may include:
- $6.99 per month
- $59 per year
- $19.99 per month
- $149 per year
The plans, prices, features, and billing periods may change over time.
The price applicable to you will be the price disclosed when you subscribe, subject to any applicable changes communicated to you in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, paid Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.
Additional subscription terms — including free trial details, the pause option, cancellation, refunds, and the terms of our reduced-rate Access plan — are set out in our Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where these Terms and that Policy address the same subject, the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy governs.
16. Payment Processing
Payments and subscription billing are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the applicable Subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
Naralytics generally does not receive or store your complete payment card number.
Your use of payment-processing services may also be subject to the payment provider's applicable terms and policies.
17. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription using the cancellation functionality made available through the Service or the applicable billing system.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already charged.
After cancellation, you may generally continue to use paid features through the end of the period for which you have already paid, unless otherwise stated or your access is terminated under these Terms.
18. Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Subscription payments are non-refundable.
If you believe you were charged in error or have another billing issue, you may contact us at:
Any refund or credit will be provided at Naralytics's discretion except where a refund is required by applicable law.
19. Failed Payments
If a Subscription payment fails, Naralytics or its payment provider may attempt to process the payment again.
We may suspend or restrict access to paid features if payment remains unsuccessful.
You remain responsible for applicable amounts owed under your Subscription until the Subscription is canceled or otherwise terminated.
20. Price Changes
Naralytics may change Subscription prices from time to time.
If a price change affects an existing Subscription, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Your continued use of a Subscription after a price change becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the new price where permitted by law.
You may cancel your Subscription before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the new price.
21. Taxes
Subscription prices may not include all applicable taxes.
You are responsible for applicable sales, use, value-added, or other taxes associated with your purchase, except for taxes imposed on Naralytics's income.
Where required, applicable taxes may be collected as part of your payment.
22. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Naralytics:
- For any unlawful purpose;
- To violate the rights of another person;
- To harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate another person;
- To impersonate another person or entity;
- To submit malicious code or harmful software;
- To interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
- To circumvent usage limits, authentication, security controls, or other restrictions;
- To reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
- To use automated methods to access the Service in a manner that could harm or overload the Service;
- To exploit the Service for fraudulent or abusive purposes; or
- In any other manner that violates applicable law or these Terms.
23. Prohibited Reliance on the Service
You agree not to use Naralytics as the sole basis for decisions where an incorrect or incomplete AI-generated response could reasonably result in significant harm.
This includes, without limitation, decisions involving:
- Immediate personal safety;
- Medical or mental-health treatment;
- Legal rights or legal strategy;
- Financial decisions;
- Employment decisions;
- Criminal allegations; or
- Serious accusations about another person.
Naralytics is intended to help you think through situations, not to replace appropriate human judgment or professional assistance.
24. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, design, software, branding, and other materials provided by Naralytics are owned by or licensed to Naralytics and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, license, or create derivative works based on the Service or its proprietary materials.
The Naralytics name, trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
25. AI-Generated Output
Subject to applicable law and any rights belonging to third parties, Naralytics does not claim ownership over AI-generated responses solely because they are generated through your use of the Service.
However, AI-generated content may not be unique and may resemble content generated for other users.
You are responsible for determining whether and how you use AI-generated output.
You should independently evaluate important information before relying upon it.
26. Third-Party Services
Naralytics relies on third-party services to operate certain aspects of the Service.
These may include services provided by Anthropic, Google/Firebase, Stripe, and other technology or infrastructure providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, and limitations.
Naralytics is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, or policies of third-party services that we do not control.
27. Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services.
These websites are not owned or controlled by Naralytics.
We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms.
Your use of third-party websites is governed by the applicable third party's own terms and policies.
28. Availability and Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any portion of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted.
Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as Naralytics develops.
We may also impose reasonable usage limits or restrictions to protect the Service and its users.
29. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms;
- We reasonably believe your use creates a security, legal, or operational risk;
- Your use involves fraud or abuse;
- Required by law; or
- We otherwise reasonably determine that suspension or termination is necessary to protect Naralytics, its users, or others.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before termination, but we may act immediately where circumstances require it.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including applicable provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.
30. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Naralytics disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your requirements;
- The Service will be continuously available;
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, reliable, or appropriate;
- The Service will produce any particular outcome;
- Errors or defects will always be corrected; or
- The Service will be free of harmful components or security vulnerabilities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
31. AI-Specific Disclaimer
Because Naralytics relies on artificial intelligence, you acknowledge that AI-generated responses can contain errors, misunderstandings, unsupported assumptions, or incorrect interpretations.
Naralytics does not independently observe or verify the interpersonal situations you describe.
It does not know another person's private thoughts or feelings unless that person has directly provided that information to the Service.
Any statement about what another person “might” think, feel, intend, or experience should be understood as an interpretation rather than a fact.
You are solely responsible for deciding what actions, if any, to take based on information provided by Naralytics.
32. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naralytics and its affiliates, service providers, licensors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
This includes, without limitation, losses relating to:
- Personal or relationship decisions;
- Emotional distress;
- Loss of data;
- Loss of profits;
- Business interruption;
- Reliance on AI-generated content;
- Actions taken or not taken based on information provided by the Service; or
- Third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naralytics's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you actually paid to Naralytics for the Service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- US $100 if you have not paid for the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
33. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Naralytics and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal expenses, arising out of or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your Content;
- Your violation of another person's rights; or
- Your violation of applicable law.
34. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.
Your use of the Service may also be subject to other applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
35. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute regarding the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Naralytics at:
We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising rights or pursuing remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
36. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or protections that you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
If applicable law provides you with rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
37. European Union and Other Jurisdictions
If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protections that differ from these Terms, those mandatory protections will apply to the extent required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of rights that cannot legally be excluded.
38. United States Legal Compliance
You represent that:
- You are not located in a country or territory subject to applicable United States government sanctions that prohibit your use of the Service; and
- You are not a person or entity with whom transactions are prohibited under applicable United States sanctions laws.
You agree not to use the Service in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, or other United States laws.
39. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
40. Waiver
The failure of Naralytics to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
A waiver of any particular provision or breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent provision or breach.
41. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Naralytics concerning your use of the Service.
They supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings concerning the same subject matter, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
42. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.
If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
